Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and improve service efficiency.
• Stay updated on product information and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and empathetically.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent time management skills.
