Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Communicate effectively with candidates in Dutch, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to discuss candidate pipelines and strategies for talent acquisition.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• No prior recruitment experience is required; we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of social media and online recruiting tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
