Our Barcelona office is broadening its Digital Marketing Advertising operations, and we are on the lookout for a skilled Onboarding Client Partner to lead promising Dutch enterprises and ambitious scale-ups. In this role, you will act as the primary advisor for the Dutch market—authoring foundational ad strategies and turning complex marketing technologies into measurable revenue for our business partners.

As the key point of contact during a client's initial rollout, you will align specialized advertising systems with meaningful commercial outcomes.

Primary Duties: Strategic Advisory & Portfolio Growth

You will define the initial client journey by securing high-value outcomes through these daily responsibilities:

• Ad Launch & Rollout: Direct the technical setup and target strategy for high-yield Pay-Per-Click (PPC) initiatives across a variety of Dutch accounts.
• Platform Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for key advertising channels, customizing technical features to meet specific commercial targets.
• Consultative Guidance: Assess account requirements to deliver personalized marketing plans designed to boost Return on Investment (ROI).
• Portfolio Scaling: Spot untapped revenue streams in your client roster and reallocate ad spend to drive maximum profitability.
• CRM Maintenance: Record precise account details in our CRM system to keep cross-functional teams aligned.

Qualifications: Analytical Mindset & Self-Starter

Language Proficiency

• Fluency: Superior fluency (C2-level or equivalent mastery) in both Dutch and English is essential for executive negotiations and daily internal collaboration.

Domain & Regional Insight

• Data Competency: Skilled in using analytics tools to pull practical insights and design custom strategic paths for clients.
• Regional Intelligence: Clear grasp of the Dutch business landscape, local market shifts, and regional compliance mandates (including GDPR).
