About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative (Dutch speaker) to join our growing international team in Valencia. In this role, you will engage with private and business customers, identify sales opportunities, and provide tailored solutions. No cold calling is required—you will work with warm leads and focus on building strong customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with private and business customers via phone and email.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.

• Guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with confidence.

• Follow up on warm leads—no cold calling required.

• Assess client needs quickly and provide tailored recommendations.

• Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback for continuous improvement.

• Build long-term relationships, turning prospects into loyal customers.

Requirements

Native/fluent Dutch (oral & written) and fluent English (min. B2).
Strong communication skills and engaging personality.
Commercial mindset with drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required—full training provided).
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes.
Passion for sales; interest in printing or design industry is a bonus.
Creative problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
