🌍 Are you a Dutch speaker looking to elevate your career while enjoying the flexibility of remote work? Mercier Consultancy MD is expanding its global team and we want you to join us as a Dutch Speaking Remote Customer Service Representative!

In this role, you'll provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients from anywhere in the world. You’ll begin your journey with an intensive 3-month training and trial program in Greece. This invaluable experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed, and after the program, you'll transition to fully remote work!

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Master our client systems and processes during your training period.
• Stay connected with our global team while working remotely.
• Seize opportunities for professional growth and development within an international workplace.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) to effectively assist our clients.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a digital environment and adapting to new tools.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the training program.
