Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Present products and services effectively, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Generate and qualify leads, maintaining a steady sales pipeline.
Support senior sales representatives in managing client relationships and closing deals.
Maintain accurate and updated information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to improve outreach strategies.
Follow up with prospects to ensure satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitors to improve sales performance.
Provide feedback from clients to help enhance the sales process and customer experience.
Fluent in Dutch (C1 level or native)
English at minimum B2 level (for internal communication and training)
Previous experience in customer support or similar role is a plus (1–2 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to work on-site in Valencia
