Your Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage exceptional talent from various sectors, utilizing innovative recruitment techniques.
• Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for client roles.
• Build enduring relationships with candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and deliver personalized recruitment solutions.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from crafting engaging job descriptions to facilitating offer negotiations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Prepare regular updates and insights for the management team on recruitment progress and candidate engagement.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a bonus.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous but not a must—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued!
• Excellent communication and networking skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills to manage various recruitment tasks effectively.
• A results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping candidates find suitable employment.
• Willingness to work in Malaga and immerse yourself in the local culture.
• A proactive approach to staying updated on recruitment best practices.
• Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece
