Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong client relationships within the small-to-medium business (SMB) segment. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

• Conducting outbound sales activities to SMB clients

• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth

• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and pipeline progress

• Gathering and communicating client feedback to improve service delivery

• Preparing commercially and technically sound proposals

• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Required Qualifications:

• Native-level or fluent Dutch, with advanced proficiency in English

• Proven experience in outbound sales or similar roles

• Self-motivated with a strong focus on goals and performance

• Excellent communication and computer skills

• Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting

Preferred:

• Background in channel sales or partner relationship management
