Dutch-Speaking Google Ads Sales Executive / Onboarding Account Manager
Barcelona | Hybrid | Full-time

Start or grow your career in digital marketing in one of Europe's most dynamic cities.

We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international team working on high-impact Google Ads projects. Depending on your experience and interests, you will join either as a Sales Executive (new business) or an Onboarding Account Manager (client growth & retention), supporting clients across the Benelux market.

This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise in digital advertising while building a strong international career.

Your Role

Depending on your profile, you will focus on one of the following paths:

Sales Executive (New Business)
You will identify and engage potential clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored Google Ads solutions. Your focus will be on generating new revenue, closing deals, and building your own sales pipeline in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Onboarding Account Manager (Growth & Retention)
You will manage a portfolio of new clients, supporting them in launching and optimizing their PPC campaigns. Your goal will be to drive performance, increase client investment, and build long-term relationships while reducing churn.

What You Bring

You are fluent in Dutch (C2 level) with a strong command of English (C1), and you are comfortable working in a client-facing environment. You bring around 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer-facing roles, and you enjoy building relationships and delivering results.

You have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management is highly valued.

Nice to have:
An understanding of the Benelux market, knowledge of digital marketing and PPC campaigns, and a data-driven approach to performance and ROI.
