Responsibilities

• Conduct structured follow-up calls with prospective customers interested in premium automotive products.
• Represent the brand with high professionalism, ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
• Identify and address customer concerns, particularly regarding pricing and product specifications.
• Reinforce brand value and provide clear information to assist the customer's decision-making process.
• Collect and summarize key insights from customer interactions to support sales and retailer teams.
• Manage end-to-end communication with prospects, from follow-up to formal offers.
• Ensure all interactions align with the brands premium quality standards and customer experience expectations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• High school diploma required (a background in business, communications, or automotive studies is an advantage).
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or premium goods sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-end or executive-level clients.
• Genuine interest in the automotive industry and high-end products.
• Professional and structured approach to discussing sensitive topics like pricing and offers.
• Comfortable following call guidelines and producing written summaries of customer interactions.
