Dutch-speaking Google Ads Account Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: office + remote within 100km)

Salary & Bonus:

• Base Salary: €23,876 – €30,000/year

• Performance Bonus: €3,407 – €3,500/year

Contract & Schedule:

• 38.5h/week, Monday–Sunday, 2 days off per week

• Shifts: Morning 08:00–16:00 | Afternoon 16:00–00:00

Are you a digital marketing enthusiast passionate about Google products? Join a leading provider of customer experience solutions as a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant. Youll work closely with Dutch businesses and agencies to optimize their Google Ads campaigns, delivering strong ROI and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic digital advertising plans aligned with client goals.

• Provide expert guidance on Google Ads products and best practices.

• Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and Google product innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Dutch: Native-level fluency (C2)

• English: Fluent (B2+)

• Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on PPC/Google Ads campaigns

• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills

• Customer-focused, proactive, and goal-oriented

• Previous experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing consultancy is a plus
