Descripción del trabajo - Dutch-speaking Technical and Customer Assistance Advisor with English
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor with a strong command of English to join our team in Barcelona.
Role Purpose
We are seeking professionals who can become true ambassadors for our brands.
Your mission will be to provide 360º support across all our brands, covering both presales and aftersales scenarios. This includes assistance for physical stores and e-commerce, basic technical troubleshooting, and various back-office tasks.
Requirements
Native or C2 level of Dutch
Advanced level of English
Strong listening and comprehension skills
High empathy and ability to understand customer needs
Customer-oriented mindset
Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn technical concepts
Integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness
Ability to manage conflicts effectively
Desirable Experience
Digital literacy and experience as an e-commerce user
Cross-selling and up-selling skills
Active social media user
Previous experience assisting customers in-store, especially within similar product categories

38.5 hours/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00
