We're looking for a highly organised eCommerce professional who possesses a strong drive for results and has a passion for customer success. You'll keep the plates spinning for our client accounts: planning, tracking and coordinating the many moving parts of our clients' Amazon activity so nothing slips through the cracks. You're the person who builds the tracker, chases the action points and gets things delivered on time, while building strong relationships with your clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
● You will prioritise, plan and coordinate client workstreams such as campaigns, new product launches, content updates and seasonal events, owning timelines, task lists and deliverables from kick-off through to completion.
● You will coordinate with internal teams such as eCommerce Operations and Creative Content to ensure tasks are clearly briefed, allocated, followed up and delivered on time.
● You will keep project trackers, action lists and account plans up to date, ensuring deadlines are met and risks, blockers and dependencies are identified early.
● You will drive day-to-day activities across your accounts, working with supporting teams to ensure the successful execution of client marketplace and D2C objectives.
● You will take ownership of actions through to completion, proactively following up with internal teams and clients to ensure deadlines and commitments do not slip.
● You will be the primary day-to-day point of contact for high-value clients, managing client expectations and helping to develop and strengthen key relationships.
● You will develop a strong understanding of client strategy, key stakeholders and priorities, identifying new opportunities within key accounts that align with both client and internal goals.
● You will monitor sales performance across your accounts, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and highlighting any issues that may impact overall performance.
● You will handle Amazon Vendor Central tasks, including listing and catalogue updates, case management and Brand Store changes.
● You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
● You will work closely with internal teams to share learnings and best practice across the wider eCommerce Acceleration team.
What You Bring to the Role
● You are highly organised, with excellent planning and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects, deadlines and competing priorities at the same time.
● You have a strong project-management mindset and are comfortable planning tasks, maintaining clear action lists, tracking progress and proactively following up with stakeholders.
● You have strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
● You have the ability to coordinate and delegate work across internal teams while effectively managing client expectations.
● You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels.
● You have 1–3 years' experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, account
coordination, project coordination or a similar role.
● You have strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data and generate clear, insightful output. Strong MS Office skills are essential.
● You will have achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences or a related discipline.
● You are highly motivated and ambitious, with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to succeed in the role.
