EHS Senior Professional (m/f/d)

Environmental and safety issues are fundamental to the sustainable growth of our service business. This role is responsible for embedding environmental and health & safety (EHS) principles into our service portfolio, operations, and supplier network, making sustainability a tangible value for our customers. The EHS Manager will also ensure that “Safety First” is more than a slogan—it's a core operational principle that protects all employees and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement internal EHS guidelines and processes across the service organization.
• Plan and execute EHS programs and projects, ensuring timely achievement of milestones.
• Monitor compliance with EHS standards and prepare regular internal reports.
• Analyze changes in EHS laws and regulations, recommending updates to internal policies as needed.
• Support internal and external EHS audits in collaboration with the responsible EHS officer.
• Prepare and submit EHS reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain active communication with external regulatory bodies.
• Deliver EHS training to employees and management to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Collaborate closely with regional service and occupational safety managers to ensure alignment and effective implementation of EHS initiatives.
• Stay current with regional and local EHS regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in EHS management, preferably within a service-oriented or industrial environment with a minimum of 5 years in a senior technician role.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Intermediate proficiency in English, particularly in reading and writing; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
