ELECTRICAL LABORATORY LEAD

We are looking for an Electrical Laboratory Lead, reporting directly to our Laboratory Manager. As a member of DOGA's R&D & Innovation team, he/she will be coordinating all product-level electrical testing activities, mainly motors, in close collaboration with the various laboratory and engineering departments.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

• Manage testing activities with lab technicians.
• Manage projects and timelines, including proposals, standards, etc.
• Manage testing equipment and facilities.
• Lead and grow the electrical area. Capacity for innovation is important.
• Collaborate closely with other laboratory and engineering areas.
• Create a digital emulation model.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Degree in Electrical, Industrial or similar Engineering.
• Experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of testing and validation environments.
• Used to laboratory equipment/instrumentation.
• Motor design knowledge is highly valued.
• Ability to manage projects with clients.
• High level of both oral and written English and Spanish.
• Proactivity and team-orientation.
• High adaptability.
