Embedded Software Developer - C++ Databases (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer (m/f/d) to support our team in the development and optimization of our database solutions. As a member of our development team, you will work on the design and implementation of core components of our database software and help to continuously improve the performance, scalability and reliability of our products.

Your area of responsibility

• Design, implementation and optimization of C/C++ code in the context of database functionalities and algorithms
• Participate in design and architecture discussions to develop new features and enhancements
• Bug fixing, performance optimization and maintenance of existing code base
• Collaboration with other development teams to ensure interfaces and integrations
• Participation in the creation of technical documentation and test plans

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science, software engineering or comparable training
• You are enthusiastic about innovative software development and digitalization in the field of automation in the kitchen environment and want to make your personal contribution to a digitalized future
• You have very good knowledge in the development of application software in C/C++ as well as in the design and development of relational databases (esp. MySQL, MS SQL)
• We require experience with database systems in the embedded environment (SQLite)
• Analytical thinking and enjoy solving complex logical problems
• You have willpower and perseverance in your independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Your teamwork and communication skills motivate you to achieve the common goal
• Good German and English skills round off your profile
