EMEA CRM Lead

Collaborate with internal and external partners to customise the CRM system to meet specific business needs, configuring the system to optimize sales and marketing processes. Implement and manage workflow rules, validation rules, and data integrity within the CRM system. Establish efficient processes to effectively manage user queries and business enhancement requests. Ensure that the data within our CRM system is maintained to a high standard. Work with IT and other relevant departments to integrate CRM with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and communication. Ability to engage cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, to collaborate and influence outcomes Analytical mindset to ensure that CRM processes are optimized.
