What you will do in this role

As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will:-

-Onboarding Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, and opportunities and setting up engagement expectations. 

- Activating technical consultations and Go-To-Market Planning sessions 

- Pipeline management of their ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates 

- Nurturing and activating through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs and track progression towards the next steps 

- Troubleshooting of program-related issues ISVs might face

- Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions 

- Working in tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations


Your qualifications

This job is a great match if you:

- Are bilingual or proficient in German plus advanced English

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or a related field 

- Have a minimum of 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 year(+) IT industry experience 

- Have sales skills Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps. 

- Can accurately document call outcomes and notes 

- Have a basic understanding of the target industry, and the ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions 

- Are fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems is required

- Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language
