Salary Range:

23,000 to 27,000 gross/year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Engagement Manager fluent in German and English to join our team in Málaga. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships. You will drive customer satisfaction and help ensure operational excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments

• Oversee daily client engagement and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and client satisfaction

• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

• Previous experience in account management, client engagement, or project coordination is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Must hold either a Spanish Residence Card or EU ID
