As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will:    

- Onboard Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, and opportunities and setting up engagement expectations. 

- Activate technical consultations and Go-To-Market Planning sessions 

- Pipeline management of their ISVs through proactive outreach, to ensure they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates 

- Nurture and activate through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs and track progression towards the next steps 

- Troubleshoot of program-related issues ISVs might face 

- Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions 

- Work in tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations

This job is a great match if you:   

- Are proficient or bilingual in English - Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or a related field 

- Have a minimum of 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, 1 year (+) IT industry experience - Have sales skills 

Familiar with modern selling techniques, consistently executes core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps. 

- Can accurately document call outcomes and notes - Have a basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions 

- Are fluent with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required 

- Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language

- Full-time 39 hours /week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary: 23,364 euros gross per year + 4,000 euros gross per year in bonus + private medical insurance
