Engineering Maintenance Coordinator - MAD

Ryanair is Europe’s favourite low fares airline, operating more than 1,600 daily flights (over 500,000 per year) from 68 bases, across 1,600 low fare routes, connecting 186 destinations in 30 countries and operating a fleet of 300 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft. With a recent announcement for 180 new aircraft Ryanair is expanding its engineering facilities throughout its extensive European network.

To provide engineering support, Ryanair Technics operated by J C Aircraft Maintenance, is inviting applications for Engineering Maintenance Coordinator to join to be based at Aeropuerto Madrid- Barajas Adolfo Suárez. This is an excellent opportunity to work with Europe’s leading airline and to work in an exciting and ever-changing environment.

DUTIES

- Collect inputs/send outputs from/to various Operator's departments (Planning, Material, Powerplant) and allocate them on the call-up.

- Monitor and follow up HIL closure / Trouble shooting action and arrange required support (spare, tool, material etc).

- Manage the live call-up and enrich Shift report with vital feedback information for the subsequent shifts.

- Follow up with the Shift Leader the progress or re-adjustment of the workload during the shift, being the point of contact of communications of the involved Departments.

- FP Administration

- Applicants must be open minded, organized, excited about learning new skills and have a strong work ethic.

You will have to work weekends and shifts

- Successful candidates will have proven computer skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Fluent in writing and conversation in English.

- The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure.

- Flexibility and ability to adopt to change quickly.

- Previous knowledge/experience in the aviation industry is a plus
