Developments.es and NewBuildProperties.com are seeking experienced Native English-speaking real estate agents to join our growing team in Costa Blanca.

We are a Danish-owned company, trusted for our transparency and client-focused approach.
Over the past 8 years, we’ve built a team of 50+ professionals along the Costa del Sol and are now expanding in Costa Blanca and Dubai.

This role is ideal for motivated agents with experience in new build property sales who want real earning potential, full back-office support, and access to pre-qualified international clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist international buyers throughout the purchase process
• Conduct virtual and in-person property tours
• Negotiate and close deals
• Coordinate legal formalities with clients and legal partners
• Stay informed on local market trends and new build developments

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (new build experience preferred)
• Native English-speaking
• Familiarity with the Costa Blanca region
• Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Available to work from our office in Costa Blanca 2-3 days per week
