🕵️‍♀️ What You’ll Actually Do:

• Maintain an up-to-date billing system, generate and distribute invoices.


• Pursue, collect and allocate payments.


• Perform account reconciliations.


• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.


• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.


• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.


• Adhere to established procedures for processing receipts.


• Investigate and resolve customer queries.


• Assist with month-end closing.

🧠 Your Superpowers (a.k.a. Requirements):

• Finance & Administration related education


• Prior experience in admin or finance is a plus.


• Excel knowledge. Odoo experience is a plus. 


• Knowledge in English
