The Team

Our ERP practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services covering strategy, implementation and innovation help clients delivering true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

- Good understanding and experience on SAP PP – PI module. (10 years of experience)

- Support business process flows alignment and coordination.

- Support the implementation.

- Support the Business during Transition and post go-live.

- Systems hands on experience.

- Knowledge of Implementing and Supporting PI Sheet and X -Steps

- Knowledge of Integration of SAP with MES

- Knowledge of Batch Management is added advantage

- Technical understanding of the module.

- Ability to work with ABAP team to get the custom development done

- Good knowledge of S4HANA concepts

- Experience driving SAP PP-PI Workshops.

- Contribute to workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation of outputs including URS and IT requirements.

- Meeting minutes writing expertise

-Good communication and proactive attitude.

- Support liaising between PT team and other streams.

- Good Presentation skills

- Ability to demonstrate SAP Processes to wider audience

- Agile knowledge, ideally Safe agile certified: candidate will be part of the agile team, the team has one scrum master and one Product Owner, and is expected to participate in all the Ceremonies of the ART such as daily stand up, Iteration Demo and Reviews, Program Increment Planning etc.

- Prior experience working on a Global Template rollout would be a benefit.

- Experience in S/4 HANA is a plus.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.
• Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
