European Marketing & Business Development Manager 

Job description

We want to further growthe healthcare business in Europe by strengthening the existing healthcarebusinesses and by starting up the healthcare business in regions where we arenot that present.
The European Marketing& Business Development Manager will lead the development of commercial& marketing activities forHealthcare in Europe, so as to achieve profitable growth and to maintain a highlevel of customer satisfaction.
With a direct report tothe Director Marketing Europe, the Manager will be responsible for the Healthcare Marketing and Business Developmentactivities in Europe having the following responsibilities, among others:

Overall marketing plans for healthcare:

New product and service introduction

Promotion and communication

Pricing

Partners and OEM relationships

Developing and managing the growth plans for Healthcare in Europe, achieving profitable business goals.

Identifying ,investigating , developing and evaluating new business opportunities, including M&A and startup of the business in new regions.

Manages overall European priorities for Regulatory affairs, and collaborates with the Regulatory affairs Director.

Promote inter-country collaboration and best use of experts.

With the support of the external communication department, managing the communications activities in the Healthcare area, including social media; identifying and organizing trade fairs and congresses.

Providing training tool for the sales and marketing teams.

Establishing relationships with potential customers in the region , in line with the company strategy and marketing plans

Providing the necessary leadership to the projects in the area of safety, quality and environment .

Job requirements

Minimum Requirements

Master in engineering, Bio Engineering, Pharma, having a medical background with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent by experience.

Marketing and sales experience is a benefit.

Fluent English, each additional language on top of English and the native language is a benefit.

Willingness to travel.

Competencies

Verbal and written communication skills.

Critical thinking, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information, identify patterns, make sound decisions and develop creative solutions.

Ability to work independently and be flexible.
