ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for Euskera and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a project in the banking sector in Madrid, Spain.

In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver professional customer support in both Euskera and Spanish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Euskera (Basque) and Spanish.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Availability to work in Madrid, Spain, under the hybrid work model.
• Flexibility to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
• Willingness to complete the required pre-employment training.
