F&B Manager at Holiday Resort

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services
  

• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent service and meet revenue goals
  

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  

• Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to maintain quality and consistency in menus and service
  

• Drive guest satisfaction and handle feedback with professionalism
  

• Plan and execute events and promotions to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing F&B operations within a hotel or resort environment
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills
  

• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
  

• Solid knowledge of F&B trends, inventory control, and cost management
  

• Hands-on attitude with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction
  

• Legally authorized to work in Spain or the EU
