Fashion Customer Service Representative - English and Spanish Market

We are looking for a Fashion Customer Service Represenative for one of projects in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
• Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
• Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

Candidate Profile

• Confident and enthusiastic.
• The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
• English C1 and Spanish C2
• First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Numerate and articulate
• Well organised, reliable and thorough

What we offer

• Full-time position (38.5hs/week), from Monday to Friday, between 10.00 and 19.00
• Salary: 17.864€ gross/year
• Temporary contract of 2 months
• This is a hybrid job so living in the Barcelona area is a requirement.
