TP Spain is looking for for Polish native/advanced speakers to start working for one of the most famous Fashion Brands in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
• Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
• Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

• Native/Advanced Polish and intermediate level of English

What we offer

• Full-time position (38.5hrs/week), from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00
• Salary: 16.919 € gross/year+ up to 1551.25€ gross/year in language bonus.
• Temporary contract of 2 months with possibility to stay in the company.
