About the role:

We're looking for a Finance Assistant to support our finance team with reporting, invoicing and cost control across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career (1-2 years of experience) who is detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets, and eager to learn how a finance department runs day to day. You'll work closely with our accounting advisors and department managers, and you'll be expected to bring modern AI tools into your workflow to keep things efficient and accurate.

This is what you will do:

  Giving support on monthly reporting (financial key data, internet metrics…)

  
  


• 
  

  Monthly invoicing process management, associated incidents and payments processing

  
  


• 
  

  Outstanding payments monitoring

  
  


• 
  

  Relationship with the accounting advisors with the objective to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial statements planning

  
  


• 
  

  Departmental month-by-month cost controlling

  
  


• 
  

  Software as a Service (SaaS) monitoring (MRR, Bookings, Billing, Revenues…)

  
  


• 
  

  Support with other financial tasks: Annual audits; public soft loans, grants, credits and deductions achievement…

  
  


• 
  

  Use AI tools to streamline reporting, reconciliation and other repetitive finance workflows

  
  

This is you:

• 
  

  You have 1+ year of post-degree work experience

  
  


• 
  

  You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar. 

  
  


• 
  

  You are willing to learn how a finance department works and want to grow in it

  
  


• 
  

  Spreadsheets are second nature to you - you are able to work at an advanced level

  
  


• 
  

  You are a methodical person and have a high level of attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  You’re very responsible and you never miss meeting a deadline

  
  


• 
  

  You feel passionate about technology and you are excited to work in a start-up environment.

  
  


• 
  

  You're comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and have applied them to make your work faster or more accurate.

  You have a very high or native level of English (working language) and Spanish.
