As a Financial Accountant, you will work in the Finance - Global Account Services department.

Working as a key part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for processing invoices on the accounts payable side, making payments, and controlling expenses. Responsibilities:

• Executing supplier’s payments by receiving, processing and verifying the invoices.


• Handling and resolving all vendor queries regarding finance.


• Ensuring accuracy by reconciling processed work through verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. 


• Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.


• Participating in cross-departmental projects.


• Collaborating in the external audit process.


• Collaborating in the implementation of new systems


• Managing the verification of expense reports

Requirements:

• Experienced in finance on the Accounts payable department.


• University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP, and NAV).


• Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
