Financial Controller

At G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a Finance Controller to support our Finance Hub setup and pilot rollout, focusing on controlling, reporting and process standardization.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Financial Controlling & Reporting

• 
  

  Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (Actual vs Budget, Forecast, prior year)

  
  


• 
  

  Identify key variances, trends, and performance drivers

  
  

2. Data & Process Excellence

• 
  

  Consolidate and validate data from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and improve standardized reports, templates and KPIs

  
  


• 
  

  Support process documentation and harmonization

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to data quality improvements and transparency

  
  

3. Pilot Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration

• 
  

  Support execution of pilot processes and transition activities into the Hub

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with HQ and local finance teams to validate outputs and ensure alignment

  
  


• 
  

  Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Contribute to continuous improvement and scaling of successful pilots

  
  

Your Profile:

• 
  

  University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field

  
  


• 
  

  3-5 years of experience in financial controlling or similar roles (preferably in a technological or project-driven environment)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills for reporting and data analysis are required

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent in English (written and spoken) for communication with international teams

  
  


• 
  

  Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
