Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, tech-savvy Finnish Speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist to join a leading global BPO provider in Málaga, Spain. Operating in a high-level technical presales capacity, you will drive cloud adoption and secure new customer wins using Level 300 expert knowledge across a specific Microsoft solution area (Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, or Business Applications). This role sits at the intersection of complex technical architecture and strategic business development, serving as the key technical anchor for the commercial sales team.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Drive cloud sales opportunities and maximize up-sell/cross-sell pipelines by matching Microsoft Cloud value propositions to enterprise client business objectives.
• Present complex technical architectures and high-level product overviews to both technical and non-technical customer audiences over Microsoft Teams.
• Execute quick technical feasibility assessments, audit implementation requirements, and create accurate pricing projections for custom cloud solution designs.
• Act as the primary Level 300 technical consultant and point of contact for the corporate tele-sales team.
• Accelerate deployment planning, migration strategies, and adoption frameworks for cloud-based productivity, security, and collaborative infrastructure.
• Design and deliver group or one-on-one technical training sessions across the center to upgrade team-wide technical acumen.
• Consistently meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual net-new revenue targets and sales pipeline metrics.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent Finnish (C1/C2 level) paired with a strong command of English (B2/C1 level).
• Education: Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred), ideally with a major or minor in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 6+ years of technology-related sales, presales engineering, or business development experience.
• Technical Certifications: Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification is mandatory to enter the role (Level 200/Associate certification is highly preferred). Willingness to independently scale up to Level 300 expertise.
• Core Competencies: Extensive understanding of cloud computing trends, identity/authentication structures, cloud privacy compliance, and hybrid deployment architectures.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of converting technical capabilities into measurable business value.

Shifts & Working Hours

• Total Hours: 39 hours per week.
• Schedule: Weekdays only (No weekends!)
  • Monday to Thursday: 09:30 – 17:30
  • Friday: 09:30 – 16:30 (Enjoy an early start to your weekend!)

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

• Base Salary: €36,000 Gross per year.
• Commission/Bonus: Performance-based incentives up to €6,000 annually.
