We are hiring a Finnish-speaking Solution Specialist to support the Finnish SMB market within a structured Cloud sales organization.

This role combines technical consulting, solution selling, and partner collaboration in a high-performance environment based in Southern Spain.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts

• Present Cloud solutions aligned to customer business objectives

• Deliver technical demonstrations via Teams

• Validate implementation and pricing requirements

• Support customer cloud adoption and usage growth

• Maintain pipeline discipline and KPI ownership

Your Profile

• Native or proficient in Finnish + fluent English

• 3–6+ years of technology sales or cloud business development

• Fundamentals certification required

• Strong understanding of cloud deployment and hybrid environments

• KPI-driven, structured and analytical mindset

• Bachelors degree preferred
