Introduction We are partnering with a leading global Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Flemish-speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist for their operations in Spain. This is a high-level technical sales role where you will act as a Solution Area Specialist, driving the adoption of Microsoft Cloud services. Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities by leveraging advanced (Level 300) knowledge of Microsoft solution areas, including Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, and Business Applications.
• Secure new customer wins for Cloud by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
• Present compelling Microsoft Cloud value propositions aligned with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.
• Provide technical product overviews and deep insights tailored to specific customer needs and usage scenarios.
• Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
• Audit implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure customers receive accurate cost projections for new services.
• Conduct technical demonstrations over Microsoft Teams to showcase business value.
• Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for identified customer solutions.
• Act as the key technical contact for the telesales team, conducting both group and one-on-one training.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline.
• Stay current with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and competitor pricing through continuous research.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level proficiency in Flemish and B2/C1 level in English.
• 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience (technical sales or presales preferred).
• Bachelors degree required (Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is a bonus); Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification is highly preferred.
• Broad knowledge of cloud technical architecture, identity, authentication, security, and compliance.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution design and migration.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Success-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
