Flemish Speaking Sales Development Representative – Hybrid – Based in Spain (Barcelona, Valencia or Malaga)

Introduction

We are currently hiring a motivated Flemish Speaking Sales Development Representative to join an international and fast-growing company in Spain. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working model, offering the flexibility to work partly from home and partly from the office in Barcelona, Valencia or Malaga. Relocation to Spain is required, and a full relocation package is provided to support your move.

Responsibilities

As a Flemish Speaking Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for Flemish-speaking customers and potential clients
  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email and digital channels

  • Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions

  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and solution teams

  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

  • Provide feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Native or near-native Flemish language skills (C1 level or higher)

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools

  • Interest in technology, cloud solutions or digital services (an advantage)

  • EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
