We are currently hiring a motivated Flemish Speaking Sales Development Representative to join an international and fast-growing company in Spain. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working model, offering the flexibility to work partly from home and partly from the office in Barcelona, Valencia or Malaga. Relocation to Spain is required, and a full relocation package is provided to support your move.
As a Flemish Speaking Sales Development Representative, you will:
Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities
Engage with customers via phone, email and digital channels
Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
Collaborate closely with internal sales and solution teams
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Provide feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Native or near-native Flemish language skills (C1 level or higher)
Good command of English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools
Interest in technology, cloud solutions or digital services (an advantage)
EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
