Flemish-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist – Automotive Industry – Remote (Spain)

Introduction

A global customer experience and technology services provider is seeking a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support a premium automotive brand. This is a fully remote position available to candidates living anywhere in Spain. The role focuses on delivering high-quality interactions with prospective customers who have expressed interest in luxury vehicles and services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured follow-up calls with prospective customers interested in premium automotive products.
  • Represent a prestigious automotive brand with high professionalism and a customer-first approach.
  • Identify and address customer hesitations, particularly concerning pricing, specifications, and preferences.
  • Reinforce brand value and provide clear, persuasive information to support the customer's decision-making process.
  • Collect and summarize detailed insights from customer conversations to assist retailer and sales teams.
  • Manage continuity in communication by handling both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects.
  • Ensure all interactions align with the brands premium quality standards and customer experience expectations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Flemish and English (written and spoken).
  • High school diploma required; a background in business, communications, or automotive studies is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or premium product sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-end or executive-level clients.
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry and high-end products.
  • Professional and structured approach when discussing sensitive topics like pricing and offers.
  • Comfortable following structured call guidelines and producing written interaction summaries.
