For our office in Costa Blanca we are searching for new Experienced Flemish-Speaking Real Estate Agents to join our team!
We provide our agents with the tools and support they need to succeed.
Our dedicated back-office team handles developments, legal matters, and administration, allowing our trained professional agents to focus on what they do best: serving our clients.

💰 Two Commission Structures to Choose From:

• Option 1: Commission starts at 30%
• Option 2: A safety net for the first 3 months with commission starting at 20%
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide international clients through the home-buying process.
• Conduct property tours (virtual & in-person).
• Negotiate deals & coordinate legal formalities.
• Stay informed on the Costa Blanca real estate market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience, preferably in new build sales.
• Fluent in Dutch/Belgian/French & English (Additional languages are a plus!).
• Driver’s license & access to a personal vehicle.
• Office presence preferred 2-3 days per week.
