We’re now hiring for our Costa del Sol office, and we’re looking for a motivated Flemish-speaking agent to join our high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Get

• High earning potential: Average commissions between €6,000-€9,000/month. Top performers earn €18,000/month or more
• Pre-qualified leads and reactivated clients via our in-house Telemarketing Department

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guide international buyers through the purchase process
• Conduct both virtual and in-person property viewings
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Stay updated on market trends and new developments across Costa del Sol

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Flemish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• At least 1 year of real estate or sales experience
• Based in Costa del Sol or planning to relocate
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car
• Motivated, organized, and results-driven
