What We’re Looking For


  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
    Management or a related field is Preferred.

  • A proven track record in a Luxury
    Hotel environment or Fine Dining Restaurant in a supervisory role, delivering
    sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with The Pacha Group’s award-winning
    Service Quality.

  • Demonstrates Trailblazing
    Organisational and Leadership Skills, Inspiring Teams and Driving Seamless,
    High-Impact Operations.

  • Exceptional skills in Improving
    Customer Satisfaction and Addressing complaints with tact, showcasing a
    commitment to maintaining Industry-Leading Standards.

  • Extensive knowledge of Food and
    Beverage Operations, including Superior Service Standards, Wines, and Cocktail
    Preparation.

  • Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel
    and Outlook, with Advanced Knowledge of Restaurant Management Software and POS
    Systems.

  • Flexibility to Work a Range of
    Shifts, including Weekends and Holidays, in Line with the Dynamic Needs of The
    Pacha Group’s High-Energy Operations.

  • Impeccable Communication Skills,
    both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional
    Languages are a definite Plus.

  • Holds the Legal Right to Work in
    Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with
    Local Regulations.

  • Previous experience in Forbes or
    Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous,
    demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.

  • Personally Settled on the Island
    with Accommodation Already Arranged is a Must.

  • Brings a Welcoming Energy,
    Outgoing Presence, and Enthusiastic, ‘Can-Do!’ Attitude that Sparks the Spirit
    of The Twin Cherries.

 

Key
Responsibilities

 

  • Supervises and
    guides the Service Team, including Waiters, Waitresses and Hosts, with
    confidence and clarity, ensuring a Next-Level guest experience.

  • Inspires and
    motivates Pacha Family Members through Dynamic leadership, fostering a
    collaborative, empowering and passion-fuelled work environment.

  • Conducts insightful
    performance evaluations, offering thoughtful, constructive Feedback to Drive
    Professional Development and Elevate service standards.

  • Collaborates closely
    with the Restaurant Manager to Develop and Implement tailored Standard
    Operating Procedures that maximise efficiency and guest impact.

  • Delivers continuous
    On-The-Floor coaching and mentorship, empowering the Service Team to grow and
    embody The Pacha Group’s legendary standards.

  • Leads comprehensive
    onboarding and training for New Pacha Family Members, covering immersive
    service standards, menu mastery and operational excellence.

  • Greets guests
    with Magnetic warmth and confidence, ensuring personalised, attentive service
    that exemplifies the Spirit of the Twin Cherries.

  • Handles guest
    inquiries and concerns with Poise and Professionalism, turning challenges into
    opportunities to exceed expectations.

  • Anticipates guest
    needs Intuitively and acts Decisively to deliver seamless, high-touch service
    from start to finish.

  • Maintains a
    strong, visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and Swiftly
    resolving service-related matters to Uphold an exceptional atmosphere.

  • Schedules shifts
    with Precision to ensure Optimal coverage across day-to-day restaurant
    operations, adapting to flow and demand.

  • Oversees the
    Consistent Implementation of Health and Safety Protocols, upholding The Pacha
    Group’s industry-leading hygiene and service standards.

  • Ensures the
    restaurant floor, service stations and back-of-house areas are Immaculately
    maintained to reflect the Imitable Pacha experience.

  • Coordinates closely
    with the Culinary Team to guarantee timely, visually striking and consistently
    high-quality Food and Beverage delivery.

  • Monitors inventory
    levels, ensuring stock readiness while Proactively minimising waste and
    Supporting sustainable operations.

  • Promotes intelligent
    Upselling and suggestive Selling Techniques among the team, enhancing both
    guest satisfaction and revenue.

  • Supports the
    planning and execution of bold, disruptive themed nights and promotional events
    that Elevate the Dining Concept and Boost Profitability.

  • Stays ahead
    of emerging Hospitality Trends, Menu Innovations and Beverage Offerings,
    sharing product knowledge through dynamic and engaging training.

  • Delivers thoughtfully
    Curated sessions on service techniques, customer interaction and upselling
    strategies to Drive Performance and Passion across the Team.
