The product is at the heart of the company's strategy. With strong traction and a validated market, they're now hiring their first dedicated Product Manage,r someone to define the vision, shape the processes, and embed a strong product culture from day one.

This role goes beyond backlog management. The Founding Product Lead will work directly with the CEO and Tech Lead, collaborate with a high-caliber engineering, design, and data team, and have the chance to build something real from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy by deeply understanding the market, users, and business model

• Drive the company toward product-market fit through fast experimentation

• Conduct regular user research and translate insights into action

• Collaborate tightly with engineering to manage the backlog and scope features

• Build and lead a product team as the company scales

• Translate business vision into actionable product execution

What They're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 5-6+ years in product, tech, or strategy roles

• Proven experience building from 0 to 1 and iterating to product market fit
• Startup mindset: autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Maker mentality: ability to build scrappy MVPs and learn fast

• Passion for AI and automation in product workflows

• Business-minded: focused on impact, outcomes, and opportunity

• Strong user focus, data orientation, and results-driven thinking

• Excellent communicator and collaborator,  especially with tech leadership

• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in fintech, proptech, insurtech, or payments

• Experience at product-led scale-ups

• Skills in user research or growth experimentation

• Ability to read or write code when working with engineers

• Strong product sense and UX thinking

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 45K-60K depending on experience

• Equity: Phantom share options

• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus (cash or phantom)
