Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Customer Support Representative for a prestigious Jewelry Company, with the flexibility of working remotely from Athens, Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who possess a passion for luxury products and exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting French-speaking clients, ensuring they receive superior assistance and guidance regarding their jewelry inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to jewelry products, orders, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest jewelry trends, collections, and industry developments.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or retail, particularly in the luxury goods sector, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • A genuine interest in jewelry and luxury products.
