FRENCH SPEAKER Customer Service Representative

Argentona, Spain

This position has the mission to lead the comprehensive management of customer service, acting as the functional reference for the area and ensuring a high level of service within a multinational industrial environment. The role has a strong strategic component in cross-functional coordination, advanced operational management, and the continuous improvement of Customer Service and Commercial Back Office processes.

Key Functions And Responsibilities
Comprehensive and advanced management of national and international customer orders, from receipt through final delivery.
Entry, validation, and optimization of orders and commercial terms in the ERP system.
Confirmation and negotiation of delivery terms with customers (dates, quantities, priorities, and alternative solutions).
Expert support to strategic customers and resolution of high-impact incidents.
Prepare and manage export and customs documentation in compliance with regulations.
Proactive monitoring of deliveries, anticipating risks and proposing action plans.
Supervision and validation of customer invoicing
Functional coordination with Logistics, Production, and Sales to optimize service levels.

Minimum Languages & levels required: French C1, Spanish C1, English B2. Catalan will be valued.
Important: Good level of English & French is required to have conversations and exchange emails with customers.
Bilingual French speakers will be highly valued

Education & Experience
Education: Business Administration, Professional education (Advanced Technical Certificate) or equivalent qualification in an industrial environment.
Experience in customer service will be valued but not necessary. The employee will be trained to perform the job.
