About the Role:
We are seeking a native or fluent French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-tier support for technical inquiries and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This is a full-time on-site position offering a collaborative and international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to technical queries from French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions
Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate internal teams
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Stay up to date on product knowledge and technical updates
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the support experience
Requirements:
Native or fluent French speaker, with good command of English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
