Descripción del trabajo - French-Speaking Junior Technical Customer Support

Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain
Work Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week) Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00

About the Role:
We are seeking a native or fluent French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our clients dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-tier support for technical inquiries and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This is a full-time on-site position offering a collaborative and international work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical queries from French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions

  • Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate internal teams

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and technical updates

  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the support experience

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent French speaker, with good command of English (both written and spoken)

  • Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service is preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
