Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment._Job Description:Reporting to the Vice President/Director Localization Revenue Marketing, the Localization Manager, Revenue Marketing (for France)



is responsible for localizing and executing global programs in select countries focused on demand generation and pipeline acceleration. Responsibilities include execution of marketing plans developed by Revenue Marketing teams within target countries including translations, local events/webinars, country-relevant messaging, selection of communication channels, targeting data down to the contact level, and distribute/assign inbound leads (from all local programs) to the local BDE team for qualification and nurture.This role is accountable for agreed-upon lead generation targets (MQ, SAL, Pipeline), pipeline acceleration targets and optimized budget spend. Within Marketing, this role works closely with the Solutions / Vertical Marketing team as SMEs, MARCOM around Web/SEO/Creative, Sales Ops for Analytics, and Marketing Ops as shared service for Marketing Automation. A strong collaborative relationship with Sales at all levels and the Business Development organization is necessary for success. Outside of QAD this role will coordinate with external parties for lead buys, advertising, syndication, targeting data,



PR/AR.What you'll do:- Develop and maintain targeting lists down to the contact level aligned with marketing plans sufficient to achieve target metrics in QAD systems following data management guidelines. Monitor intent data for target accounts and the QAD website for additional action/follow-up.- Execute the marketing plans including campaigns and localization of content and events following an established global Marketing / Sales process within the budget allocated. This includes outsourced translations for target markets (web, blog, campaign, buyer enablement), local events/webinars, country-relevant messaging, ABM, advertising, PR/AR (in coordination with Global PR/AR teams), and the selection of communication channels (ie Social Media channels).



Maintain strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. Ensure the quality of all materials is translated. Distribute/assign inbound leads (from all local programs) to the local BDE team for qualification and nurture.- Monitor and enhance localization efforts through weekly review and reporting to Vice President/Director Localization Revenue Marketing, Revenue Marketing Team Leads, and Sales. Measure, report, and optimize marketing spending for the greatest return.- Deliver against agreed-upon objective measures for demand generation of Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Accepted Leads and Pipeline Generation and Acceleration.



This includes aggregate measures as well as those by geography.Qualifications:- 5+ years experience driving revenue impact through marketing in B2B Enterprise Software- Experience with Marketing Automation required (Marketo experience a plus)- Experience with Salesforce CRM- Experience in account-based marketing tactics- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape and emerging technologies and trends especially in the social and mobile space- Good understanding and practical knowledge of web strategy- Experience with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress, Liferay)- Results-oriented- Creative and collaborative- Attention to detail- Robust written and verbal communication skills in native language(s)- Fluent English and French- Self-starter with the ability to adapt and multi-task- Flexibility and eagerness to be part of a rapidly growing and evolving tech company- Other knowledge or skills: ERP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Challenger, Prior work with a QAD Supply Chain solution,
