About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the operations of a new Nordic Spa opening in Barcelona. This is a unique opportunity to join from the pre-opening phase and shape a concept rooted in wellness, sustainability, and unforgettable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all spa operations, ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction
  

• Manage budgets, financial planning, and business performance
  

• Recruit, train, and lead a multidisciplinary team
  

• Coordinate pre-opening and launch activities
  

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies
  

• Ensure operational compliance with health and safety regulations
  

• Foster a wellness-focused, eco-conscious, and inclusive work environment
  

• Build partnerships and drive customer acquisition
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness operations
  

• Proven track record in team and project management – experience with openings is a strong plus
  

• Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, business development, and customer growth
  

• Educational background in hospitality, business, wellness, or related fields
  

• Fluent in Spanish, English, and Russian
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Passion for wellness, sustainability, and delivering unique experiences
