• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and deliver performance KPIs

What do we need from you?

• Fluent German (C2)

• English proficiency (B2+) for internal communication

• 1+ year experience in account management, sales, or client services

• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven attitude

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and performance targets
