Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: 24,820.57/year (Base salary: 16,363.49 + Language bonus: 1,550.20 + Complement: 6,956.88) + Night-shift bonus
Contract: Full-time (38.5h/week) | Fixed shifts | 2 days off/week
Shifts Available: Morning (08:00-16:00) | Afternoon (16:00-00:00)

Your Role:
As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure digital space by reviewing and managing user-generated content.
Monitor and review content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Identify and take action against harmful or inappropriate material.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies.
Uphold platform standards to foster a respectful online environment.

What Were Looking For:
️ Fluent in German (C2 level) & advanced English.
️ Passionate about social media and online communities.
️ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
️ Previous content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus.
️ Mandatory: High school diploma (ESO) or higher education.
