Position Details

Job Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Language Requirement: Native-level German and a high level of English.

Location: Hybrid model based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.

Work Schedule: Full-time (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

Role Purpose

In this role, you will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns, ensuring a significant impact on their business growth. This is a target-driven position where you will work both individually and as part of a larger onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard and develop PPC campaigns for clients, serving as a trusted consultant.

Understand customer needs and objectives to create tailored online advertising strategies.

Drive upsell, ensure account sustainability, and increase customer spending.

Manage a high volume of daily interactions with clients via phone calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).

Experience: 1-2 years in sales, online advertising, or a similar field.

Strong communication skills to engage effectively over the phone and produce compelling proposals.

Analytical mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Client-focused and goal-oriented, with a keen interest in customer interaction.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing environment.

A team player with strong ownership of business goals.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 24,310 gross/year + up to 4,290 gross/year in performance-based bonuses.

Contract: Permanent full-time contract.
