German Sales & Cloud Solutions Advisor - Barcelona w/Relocation Support

About the Role

Are you a results-driven sales professional passionate about technology? Join our German Digital Sales team and drive business growth across the EMEA market by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. You will use your consultative selling skills to understand business needs, promote innovative Cloud solutions, and close deals while maximizing upselling opportunities and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Working closely with customers, partners, and internal sales teams, you will play a key role in expanding the customer base, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and customer engagement.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and demonstrate their business value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer information using Salesforce.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing product training and professional development.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT, technology, or Cloud services.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and acquiring new customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Understanding of Cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in Cloud technology and Google products.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Cloud or SaaS sales.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing partner relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling skills.

• Salary: €28,500 gross/year + up to €9,000 gross/year in performance bonuses.
• Full-time position: 39 hours per week in Barcelona.
